I bought a ticket to a concert, but now I want to buy more and it won't let me. How do I buy more of the same ticket?
To increase the number of tickets you already have in your cart, click on your cart and then click on the + to increase the number of tickets.
I don't want the tickets I've chosen any more. How do I get rid of them?
Click on your cart and click the – button to reduce your ticket quantity to 0. Then click on “Update Cart”.
How do I get a refund?
If you’d like to organise a refund of your ticket before the concert date, send us an email and we can arrange it for you.
Do you pay your artists?
Oh god yes, that’s why this organisation was created.
At the moment, we pay artists on a profit share basis with a minimum floor (for example, 70% minus expenses with a minimum artist fee of $100 per hour). This is our model while it is still early days, and before we’ve made a sustainable amount of revenue.
When we are more financially stable, the plan is to pay artists at an agreed price (50% prior and 50% after). If everything goes to plan, artists who are updating extra subscription-based content to the website regularly will earn a continuous income.
Are there any age limits?
Unfortunately, due to insurance and the location of many of our concerts, we don’t accept artists under 18. If you’re especially keen, shoot us an email and we can talk about it.
